You will manage the full sales cycle,
from identifying opportunities and building pipelines to closing orders and supporting project execution.Requirements:* 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience within the medical technology or healthcare sector* Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing business within a territory* Strong customer relationship management and business development skills* Experience managing distributors, regional accounts, or project-based sales opportunities* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* Fluent Italian and professional English* Willingness to travel across ItalyNice to have:* Experience with Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) or Central Medical Gas Systems* Experience selling to installers, contractors, OEMs, or healthcare infrastructure projects* Knowledge of ISO 7396-1 standards and EU Medical Device Regulations (MDR)* Experience working with CRM and data analytics tools such as Salesforce or Power BIYour profile:You are a proactive sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer re
