Overview As Tax Manager at Kering in Milan, you will shape and implement the Group's tax strategy across domestic and international operations. You'll partner with Finance and business teams to deliver high-quality tax services, manage audits and compliance, and drive tax optimization within evolving regulations. The role sits at the heart of a global luxury group, offering meaningful impact on complex tax matters.

and refunds Support tax audits and litigation-related activities with external advisors as needed Prepare and review tax returns and related compliance obligations Identify and implement tax optimization opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance Monitor legislative developments and assess impact on operations Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Legal, and external advisors on cross-functional projects Master's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field ~8–10 years of relevant tax experience in a multinational company or top-tier consulting firm ~ Strong expertise in corporate taxation, indirect taxes, international taxation, and transfer pricing ~ Solid understanding of Italian tax legislation in an international context ~ Advanced Excel and tax reporting/compliance tools ~ Analytical, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and business-focused ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management ~ Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus ~ stakeholder management ~ corporate taxation ~ international tax matters
