Overview You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Henkel's local IT infrastructure in Italy, supporting production and critical operations. In a cross-functional, international environment, you'll collaborate with Global/Regional IT and plant teams to manage changes, deploy new components, and uphold security and compliance. You will diagnose and resolve local IT/OT incidents to minimise production impact and drive service excellence.

and resolve failures in local IT/OT infrastructure to minimise production impact Coordinate changes with Global/Regional IT to ensure service excellence and meet local requirements Execute roll-out activities for new standard operations and tech components (setup, deployment, launch, decommissioning) Ensure local compliance and security with corporate policies and standards Requisiti fondamentali ~3+ years of experience in a similar role ~ Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, ICT Engineering, or related fields ~ Knowledge of ITIL processes ~ Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) ~ Effective communication and interpersonal skills ~ Strong problem-solving skills ~ MS Office proficiency ~ communication ~ interpersonal skills ~ problem-solving ~ ITIL processes ~ local IT/OT infrastructure knowledge ~ server and network infrastructure management
