You'll focus on production,
logistics, warehousing, maintenance, and other site-based roles, ensuring we have the people in place to keep our operations running successfully.What will you do?As a Recruiter at Glacier, you will:Manage recruitment processes for operational and manufacturing positions across our Italian sites.Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring vacancies.Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, local networks, and direct outreach.Engage passive candidates and create long-term talent pools.Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.Conduct initial screening interviews and present qualified shortlists.Coordinate interview planning and candidate recruitment events, open days, job fairs, and site visits.Develop partnerships with vocational schools, technical institutes, and local employment Glacier's employer brand wi
