Overview In this role you help clients develop insights by applying market and economic research within a high-performance Consulting environment. You work with consultants and clients to build capabilities, prioritise impactful research, and grow industry knowledge. You’ll collaborate with a global research team to share best practices and contribute to firm knowledge assets. Responsabilità
- Support consultants and clients in developing capabilities to gain actionable insights
- Leverage market and economic research to inform solutions for client problems
- Prioritise research activities for maximum impact and build industry knowledge
- Collaborate with the global research team to share knowledge and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of knowledge assets and firm delivery through special projects
- Work on both client-facing and stand-alone knowledge initiatives within the Milan team
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in economics or business (engineering)
- Post-graduate work experience valued; internships considered for recent graduates
- Demonstrated research experience in academic or business settings
- Solid understanding of financial, economic, and general business concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a team and across organizational levels
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
