Overview In this role, you drive international sales for technical machinery, developing partnerships with distributors and agents across the Americas. You work closely with engineering and production to ensure project success and post-sale support, while pursuing growth in new markets. You’ll represent a dynamic, globally oriented organization at trade shows and through the full sales cycle. This is a hands-on position that rewards strategic relationship-building and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilità

- Manage and develop assigned international distributors and sales agents
- Coordinate and schedule customer visits with local partners
- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare technical-commercial proposals for standalone machines and complete processing plants
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales process through order confirmation
- Coordinate internally with engineering, production,



and service departments to ensure project execution
- Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers and distributors
- Support post-sales activities, including maintenance and service requests
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities within the territories

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 5 years of international sales experience in technical products or industrial machinery
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently
- Proven ability to manage distributors, agents, and complex B2B sales processes
- Strong commercial attitude with a customer-oriented, consultative approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
