What you will do:
As AMS Service Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
- Coordinate AMS services in the Smart Metering / Smart Grid sector for domestic and international clients;
- Supervise first-level activities, the Meter Operation Centre, second-level technical/functional support,
and liaise with third-level AMS for corrective and enhancement support;
- Manage ticketing processes, SLAs/KPIs, escalations, reporting and client communications;
- Coordinate operational activities, troubleshooting, workarounds, configurations, parameterisation, tuning, problem management and support for releases/UAT;
- Manage relations with third-level, product, development and software factory teams for corrective and enhancement activities, change requests and application interventions;
- Analyse technical and financial proposals received from suppliers and convert them into structured proposals for clients;
- Participate in SALs, service reviews, War Room sessions, technical calls and alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Note:
The scope and the perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel to Turkmenistan.
