Overview
In this role you drive manufacturability and producibility across New Product Development and industrialization programs, ensuring design choices align with producibility, cost, and performance. You bridge Product Platform and Supply Chain, guiding technology transitions and the launch of new products. You’ll work in a matrix setup with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, qualifications, and manufacturing readiness. This position offers a chance to shape technology injections and contribute to a sustainable energy future.

Responsabilità
- Translate product requirements into producibility features and assess materials, processes, and costs
- Approve or modify designs based on cost constraints and manufacturing capabilities
- Define preliminary manufacturing process sequences with cost and performance assessment




- Drive execution of Industrialization activities impacting new product productivity
- Lead laboratory validations for prototypes and mockups
- Lead Manufacturability Reviews and issue Manufacturability reports
- Coordinate cross-function collaboration (Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Product) in a matrix environment

Requisiti fondamentali
- PhD in Engineering
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (or proven Six Sigma experience)
- Strong systems thinking (INCOSE Certification)
- Supply Chain knowledge (APICS Certification)
- Project Management experience (IPMA or PMI Certification)
- Knowledge of IET GTE products and capabilities, plus awareness of competitor tech
