Overview In this role you will spearhead Gucci's global influencer strategy, shaping collaborations with top digital talents to enhance brand desirability and cultural relevance. You will work cross-functionally with Brand Image, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams to execute impactful organic and paid campaigns. You'll identify emerging voices and integrate creator content into Gucci's editorial calendar and key brand moments.

Responsabilità
- Define and lead Gucci's global influencer and creator engagement strategy
- Build a world-class network of influencers, creators, cultural talents and opinion leaders
- Identify emerging voices, trends and communities shaping fashion, culture and digital engagement
- Drive high-impact influencer partnerships to boost brand desirability, relevance and visibility
- Lead organic and paid partnerships, including negotiations and deliverables
- Integrate creators into key brand moments, campaigns, launches and cultural initiatives
- Develop innovative creator collaborations and social-first storytelling
- Integrate creator content into Gucci's editorial calendar and amplify across channels
- Partner with Brand Image, Social, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams
- Guide regional markets in implementing a consistent global influencer vision
- Establish global guidelines and best practices for influencer activities
- Foster long-term relationships with top-tier talents and industry stakeholders
- Lead strategic gifting and advocacy programs to generate authentic engagement
- Ensure Gucci remains at the forefront of creator marketing and emerging platforms
- Leverage insights and performance data to inform strategy and optimize investments
- Set campaign KPIs and report on partnerships, gifting and ROI
- Manage influencer marketing budgets and agency relationships
- Oversee external agencies and partners to ensure excellence
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years in influencer marketing, talent relations, communications or digital marketing
- Proven track record building global influencer and creator strategies
- Strong international network of creators, talent representatives and cultural stakeholders
- Deep understanding of luxury consumers and digital culture
- Success managing high-profile partnerships and global campaigns
- Strategic thinking with commercial/performancer driven mindset
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership with team and agency management experience
- Excellent analytical skills translating insights into action
- Knowledge of global and Chinese platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Weibo, RED, Douyin)
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
