Overview In this role you shape and drive the Group's internal communication and employee engagement strategy across an international organization. You partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into engaging programs, formats and channels that unite employees around the company mission. You will lead surveys, monitor insights and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the employee experience. A key hook is contributing to a legendary luxury brand’s culture and alignment.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate and implement the Group internal communication strategy aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate executive communications including leadership messages and CEO updates
- Develop formats and channels to boost employee awareness and engagement
- Partner with HR and Corporate Communications to communicate key initiatives
- Lead the annual employee engagement survey process from planning to follow-up
- Monitor engagement metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Support leaders in turning feedback into action plans
- Design and manage Group-wide engagement programs and corporate events
- Create engagement concepts for corporate moments to strengthen belonging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication and culture priorities
- Manage relationships with external providers and consultants
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8-10 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, Corporate Communication, Culture, Change Management or related fields
- Experience in complex, international organizations
- Proven ability to partner with business leadership in high-visibility environments
- Excellent communication skills with strong influence across levels
- Strong storytelling with visual acumen to translate priorities into engaging experiences
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution focus
- Solid project management with ability to drive multiple initiatives
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to support corporate initiatives and events
- International mindset and ability to thrive in multicultural environments
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
