With its ‘Joy of living’ slogan the company markets unconventional furnishing design at attractive prices under its own KARE brand since 1981. Today the company counts more than 200 shops in 50 countries.

To support our international sales team, we are currently seeking for a Sales Representative (*) for B2B & Franchise in Italy on a freelance basis.

*) Gender doesn't matter, the main thing is motivation

Your tasks:

- Customer Relations: Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to further expand partnerships
- Revenue Growth and B2B/Franchise Expansion: Significantly increasing revenue and market share, as well as actively promoting and expanding the franchise system in Italy
- Acquisition: Attracting new customers in the B2B and contract business, implementing shop-in-shop spaces, and acquiring new franchise partners

You live in Italy, enjoy traveling, and work on a self-employed basis
- Qualifications: You have completed vocational training in business and have experience in the home furnishings sector
- Languages: You are fluent in English, Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Personality: You have a positive demeanor and a charismatic, engaging personality
- Strengths: You are reliable, ambitious, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Negotiation Skills: You impress with your smart, confident communication and negotiation skills, as well as your entrepreneurial mindset
- Team Player: You value teamwork and prioritize shared success
- Self-Organization: You take the initiative and plan and organize your tasks and goals efficiently and in a structured manner
- Passion: Enthusiasm for design and interior decoration, as well as a keen sense of exceptional taste and style
