Assistinconductingbriefingswith Outlet

Managers,interactingwithlocalcommunityrepresentativesandpotentialguests,andmonitorcompetitoractivitiestoinformstrategicimprovements.



Monitortheprofitabilityof F&Boutlets;,andprovidesolutionsforimprovementwhileensuringeachoutlet'sprofitability.

Aidinthedevelopmentofideastoincrease F&Bsalesproductivity;,planandimplementeffectivesalesandpromotionalactivities,andidentifymarketneedsandtrendsforboth Resortguestsandthelocalmarket. Contributetobuildinganefficientteamthroughtraining,development,safety,andwelfareinitiatives,andparticipateintrainingprogramstoimprovepersonalanddepartmentalstandards.

Assistinthetraininganddevelopmentof Outlet

Managers,ensurecompliancewiththe Quality Management System(QMS),andpromoteawarenessofcustomerrequirementsthroughouttheorganization.

Provideongoingcoaching,counseling,anddisciplinetocolleagues,maintainappropriaterecordsofeducationandtraining,andensurestaffinglevelsandcompetencearesufficienttomeetorganizationalandcustomerneeds.
