Overview In this role you design and deliver finance change initiatives across Accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting to support Group and local requirements. You'll work with Finance, Risk and ICT to translate needs into sustainable processes and governed data, enabling controlled AI adoption. You will lead cross-functional programs, drive data governance and AI pilots, and oversee end-to-end transformation including new accounting standards and reporting frameworks.

Retribuzione / Benefits Flexible Lavoro da remoto Competitive base salaries Meal vouchers and corporate restaurant/bar Health insurance Pension fund and welfare plan Training and development opportunities Responsabilità Lead end-to-end Finance change and transformation initiatives from impact assessment to post-go-live stabilization Assess accounting standards and regulatory requirements impacts on processes, data and controls Translate needs into business/functional requirements, data specifications and acceptance criteria Design and implement accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting solutions with analytics, automation and AI capabilities Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data and Technology Define scope, plans, milestones, resources, governance; monitor delivery and risks Plan testing, data migration, reconciliation and reporting validation including AI output controls Ensure solutions are compliant,
auditable and governed with data privacy and model risk safeguards Drive process simplification, standardization and automation while preserving data integrity Support stakeholder engagement, training and transition to business-as-usual operations Requisiti fondamentali Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related discipline At least four years of audit experience in banks or regulated financial institutions, followed by consulting or Finance transformation experience (2 years minimum) Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and end-to-end Finance processes Experience with complex Finance initiatives (IFRS 9/16/18, GL transformation, Finance data architecture, Data Management or AI-enabled transformations) Understanding of bank prudential and supervisory reporting and data governance concepts Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, impact analysis, solution design, testing, migration and implementation Sound project management skills with Agile familiarity and ability to plan an AI roadmap Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including senior and international partners Fluent written and spoken English Ability to work across functions and geographies with a delivery-focused mindset Stakeholder management Facilitation and communication Cross-functional collaboration Data governance and data lineage Data management AI literacy and responsible AI understanding
