Overview
As F&B; Outlet Manager at Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale, you will lead the rooftop outlet to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold the brand promise and service standards.

Responsabilità
- Drive guest-focused service and upselling to maximize revenue per guest
- Ensure brand promise and service standards are consistently delivered
- Handle guest and internal complaints promptly and satisfactorily
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues across departments
- Spend peak-period time in the Outlet to supervise operations and ensure peak performance
- Collaborate with management to forecast, budget, and optimize labor and purchasing
- Foster clear, timely communication with team and other departments
- Promote professional working relationships and a culture of service excellence
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 2 years of progressive hotel or related field experience
- Associate degree and 3+ years related experience
- Strong F&B; service background
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle problems proactively
- Knowledge of hotel department functions and interdepartmental coordination
- Italian and English language proficiency
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and purchasing
