Overview In this role you will shape and safeguard Glovo's local operational framework in Italy while elevating the rider experience during a period of rapid growth. You lead a small team, ensure compliance with Italian regulations, and manage union relations to build a scalable delivery network. You will drive efficient rider support and billing processes, and collaborate with global teams to align with strategy.

This is a data-informed, impact-focused position with a strong emphasis on regulatory and operational excellence.

deploy and monitor local processes to guarantee compliance with Italian regulations, local laws, and authorities' guidelines Establish and maintain productive union dialogue and external institutional relationships Improve rider onboarding, support, and automated billing and cash management processes Collaborate with Global Operations, Legal and Finance to align local operations with global strategies Leverage data and automation to streamline workflows and scale processes Requisiti fondamentali People leadership experience (managing 4+ direct reports) Analytical and data-driven mindset with Excel and Looker experience Project and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) Leadership and coaching Cross-functional collaboration Stakeholder management Excel Looker Process automation
