Overview In this role you will lead environmental, health and safety (EHS) across Italy, including the Sospiro plant, aligning sites with regulations and company standards. You will drive risk identification, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with operations to enable safe, compliant, and sustainable operations. You will shape the EHS strategy, develop a high-performing team, and collaborate across functions to support the organization’s goals.

Responsabilità
- Collaborate with business and operations to build partnerships and workforce engagement
- Lead the country environmental health and safety organization to prevent serious EHS events
- Develop a strategic risk profile for the country with hazard identification and mitigation
- Support implementation of management systems and site programs
- Create a learning environment and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change
- Lead RSPP activities for the Sospiro plant and align site operations with standards
- Lead and develop a team, including talent management and performance decisions
- Other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial or related)
- 7 years of relevant work experience
- Professional proficiency in English
- RSPP qualification
- Preferred: experience in manufacturing, ISO 14001/45001 knowledge, willingness to travel, people management experience, multinational/multi-site EHS experience
