Overview
As a Distribution Channel Account Manager for Medium Voltage in Italy, you drive growth through distributor partnerships and a strategic channel plan. You collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand the MV portfolio, improve sell-in and sell-out, and increase market coverage. You’ll shape the distribution strategy, develop key partners, and monitor performance with clear KPIs.
This role combines business development, cross-functional coordination, and market insight to deliver sustainable sales results.

Responsabilità
- Define and implement MV distribution channel strategy aligned with BU objectives
- Develop and strengthen distributor network with partner development plans
- Drive business and selling activities through distribution, supporting opportunity conversions
- Increase portfolio penetration and distributor presence among target customers
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out and distributor performance with KPIs and reviews
- Support agencies and Sales org in regional distribution expansion and alignment
- Develop distributor capabilities via training and access to tools
- Coordinate marketing and demand-generation initiatives with Marketing and Product Management
- Provide market intelligence and facilitate cross-functional communication across Segment, Marketing, and agencies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in channel/distribution management or B2B sales
- Understanding of Medium Voltage products, applications, and customer needs
- Strong business development and commercial capabilities
- Ability to influence and coordinate sales teams, agencies and partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with growth and execution focus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate across Sales, Segment and Marketing organizations
