Overview

As Customer Service Manager in Italy, you lead the Customer Service team to deliver high-quality, efficient service across orders and inquiries. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement. You own customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and enable the team with the right tools and processes.

This role offers impact on service quality, costs, and cross-functional alignment within a mission-driven pharmaceutical environment.

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop the Customer Service team with clear objectives and a customer-first mindset
- Oversee daily Customer Service operations for efficiency and timely, high-quality responses
- Manage customer orders from clients and the sales force with ownership of issue resolution
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics to deliver an integrated customer experience




- Leverage customer feedback to identify process improvements, boost efficiency, and reduce costs
- Ensure the team has tools, technologies and resources to maintain service quality
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Customer Service with strong people management experience across multiple countries/locations
- Strong customer orientation and proactive problem solving
- Proven continuous improvement mindset with experience implementing process changes
- Solid organizational and process-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM and customer relationship management tools
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
