Missionas our sales engineer evc for italy you will help accelerate the transition to cleaner mobility by connecting customers with reliable high‑performing ev charging solutions. key responsibilities * drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities for sungrow’s ac and dc ev charging solutions across italy. * prepare, manage and submit competitive tender bids, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and regulations. * guide customers throughout their e‑mobility journey through consultative sales, on‑site visits, technical training and ongoing support. * build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, industry peers and strategic partners to strengthen sungrow’s market presence. * collaborate closely with product management, operations, service and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. * monitor market developments, customer needs and regulatory updates, translating insights into practical recommendations and growth strategies. profile / requirements * profile / requirementsdegree (bachelor or master) in electrical engineering,



energy engineering, business, marketing or related discipline. * at least five years of experience in sales and account management within the e‑mobility sector. * strong technical knowledge of ev charging technologies. * fluent in italian and english (c1 level); mandarin chinese is a plus. * eligible to work in italy without visa sponsorship. * willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for customer visits, trade fairs, industry events and partner meetings. * passion for e‑mobility and the energy transition. * possession or willingness to obtain cei 11‑27, pes or pav qualification for low‑voltage work up to 1kv. * strong negotiation, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving skills. * strategic business planning and market insight capabilities. * ability to collaborate across teams while taking ownership of goals and results. * knowledge of european solar energy and energy storage markets is a
