Job Description We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in Italy, passionate about technology and customer success, to join our After Sales & Service team. Your responsibilities * Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites accross Italy. * Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance. * Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally. * Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others). * Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts,



service packs). * Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri), and willing to work in shifts and weekends. * Some of our projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas (cold storage) and this is not a problem for you with safety systems of work in place. Qualifications * Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience. * Fluent Italian and English required. * Available to travel short periods abroad. * Skilled in MS Office and Teams. Willing to learn custom software packets. * Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset. * Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed. * No fear of heights or vertigo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
