Overview In this role you will lead treasury and risk activities to support Haier Europe's growth. You will manage a small team, oversee daily cash management, FX and commodity risk strategies, and budgeting processes. You will implement treasury tools and coordinate with banks, auditors, and regional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. This is a hands-on, fast-changing role that shapes cash planning and risk mitigation in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Meal tickets Lavoro da remoto variable incentive scheme Responsabilità Coordinate a treasury team (2–4 people depending on seniority) Oversee daily cash management and forecasting Lead FX and commodity risk management, including hedging strategies Manage risk reporting, MTM, accounting, settlement, and hedge accounting Implement and manage risk management software Support short- and medium-term cash forecasting and group payments Manage banking relations,
loan withdrawals, and interest Oversee factoring programs and onboarding of new ones Coordinate internal/external auditors and regional accounting for treasury close Negotiate credit lines and drawdowns Support cash flow forecasting and budgeting impacts of FX/interest Requisiti fondamentali ~ Bachelor in Accounting/Finance ~7–8 years of relevant experience ~ Experience with TMS (Piteco) and SAP ~ Excel fluency ~ Experience with Bloomberg tools (or equivalent) ~ Experience with a risk management tool (e.g., Myrios) is a strong plus ~ IT oriented; Swift/File Act experience a plus ~ strong analytical skills ~ hands-on mentality and accuracy ~ passion for new projects in a fast-changing environment ~ TMS (Piteco) ~ SAP ~ Excel extensive use
