Responsabilità
- Identify client issues and form hypotheses for analysis
- Design and conduct analyses; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
- Engage in problem solving and client engagements with coaching from mentors
- Participate in structured capability-building and functional training




- Collaborate across multiple client projects and industry service lines
- Develop expertise in one of six operations areas: manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain management, or capital excellence

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree
- Initial experience in product development (e.g., optimization, R&D; project leadership, supplier management)
- Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Mobility and willingness to work on European assignments
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English and the local office language
