You will partner with Brand and Media to select creators, craft campaigns, and optimize impact through data-driven insights. Retribuzione / Benefits Formal training Dynamic and respectful work environment Define influencer engagement strategies with Brand and Media Managers Identify and select influencers and creators aligned with brand objectives Develop creative briefs and campaign guidance for collaborators Manage relationships with influencers, agency partners, and talent reps Own end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, rollout, performance tracking, ROI evaluation Maintain and evolve influencer databases and partnerships Use social listening and insights to inform recommendations and advocacy business cases Leverage AI-powered tools for ideation, asset adaptation,



and testing Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships Experience managing social communities, advocacy programs, or UGC Background in beauty, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods is advantageous Strong project and stakeholder management with multiple priorities Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently across teams Curious, accountable, and informed about digital and influencer trends Familiarity with GenAI tools for content creation and optimization Understanding of platform-specific best practices for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Intermediate to advanced English proficiency communication project management collaboration Meta Business Manager TikTok Business Suite influencer discovery and campaign management platforms
