Savhotel Mantegna Padova is hiring through Hosco in Padua.We own and operate three hotels: Savhotel Fiera Bologna, Savhotel Aemilia Bologna and Savhotel Mantegna Padova. To ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, we invest in our properties, all of which we own, and in our team members, supporting their growth, training, welfare, team spirit and sense of belonging.Tasks of the position:Adopt a customer-oriented and service-focused attitude in order to ensure the highest level of guest satisfactionSet up the dining room and buffets for different types of service according to company standards (breakfast, events, and à la carte service)Perform various types of service following our standards and procedures, including breakfast service, room service, served banquets, buffet banquets,
coffee breaks, and standing eventsPresent the menu, advise guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions related to dishes and ingredientsRespond to guest inquiries regarding allergens and cooking methodsTake orders and correctly register them using our PMS systemPrepare Italian specialty coffees according to our standardsMaintain positive interaction and collaboration with the entire teamHandle small guest complaints with professionalism and a service-oriented approachSupport the responsible staff in managing storage and suppliesLearn the basics of cocktail preparation and wine pairing with foodTeamwork is one of our strongest values.
