You’ll work on a mix of day-to-day operational needs and longer-term projects, with a focus on building the processes and systems that allow us to deliver great support efficiently and at scale. A few examples of your responsibilities * Improve customer support operations through a range of projects—from bringing on new external providers to redesigning how support is organized and delivered. * Build and improve scalable support systems, including help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions that help users get fast, accurate answers. * Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify recurring customer issues, turn support insights into product improvements, and ensure support keeps pace with new releases. * Help shape the support expe
