To strengthen our team, we are looking for aHR Supervisor in our plant in Yambol. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate daily HR Operations activities, including Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Services. * Supervise and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance, and service delivery. * Oversee blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning,
and employee development activities to support business needs. * Ensure compliance of HR processes with labor legislation, company policies, internal procedures, and GDPR requirements. * Manage employment documentation, personnel records, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle administration. * Support employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and organizational change initiatives. * Monitor HR KPIs and operational performance, driving continuous improvement and process standardization. * Ensure accurate HR reporting, document control, audit readiness, and compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate communication with external authorities and support inspections, audits, and compliance reviews. * Promote employee engagement, operational excellence, and adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Support HR projects and act as a deputy for the HR Operations Man
