Overview In this role you will drive profitable growth by shaping market opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams and key customers. You'll guide product strategy with market insights, support new product development, and steer opportunities through RFQ processes. You will work closely with sales, R&D;, and regional teams to align offerings with local needs and business targets.

Responsabilità
- Understand market needs and industry trends via customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, benchmarking, and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement growth strategies to win opportunities, adapting models with regional teams
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and BOM targets to support strategy and marketing reviews
- Collaborate with R&D; to define product roadmaps and development targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Assess RFQs and project viability to support strategic decisions
- Support Sales with product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation, and go-to-market approach
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years in Business Development or similar role, preferably automotive industry
- Technical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors (advantage)
- Experience with digital technologies, including Power BI and AI tools
- Experience interacting with customers and managing RFQ processes
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; German a plus
