Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Business Analyst on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture business processes, product flows, functional dependencies, backlog and acceptance criteria.
- Validate functional knowledge transfer & create reusable business and process documentation.
- Lead business analysis activities for Telecom B2B and B2C digital channels including mobile apps, web portals, self-service, and customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define digital transformation roadmaps and solution requirements.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive requirement workshops and manage stakeholder expectations across business and technology teams.
- Possess strong Telecom domain expertise in customer onboarding, account management, billing,



payments, order management, service requests, and digital journeys.
- Work closely with UX, development, testing, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment and traceability.
- Support API, integration, and data requirements involving CRM, billing, middleware, and enterprise platforms.
- Facilitate UAT planning, business validation, change management, and production rollout activities.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, and digital product delivery experience in large-scale telecom environments

Experience/Qualifications

- 10-15 years in business analysis, with at least 5 in telecom B2B/B2C digital channels (apps, portals, self-service)
- Hands-on delivery of BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows (BPMN), use cases and acceptance criteria
- Strong functional knowledge of telco journeys: onboarding, account management, billing, payments, order management, service requests
- Experience defining API, integration and data requirements across CRM, billing and middleware platforms
- Ran requirement workshops and UAT with senior business stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience; tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Miro, Figma/Balsamiq for wireframes
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business or equivalent; CBAP/PMI-PBA/Scrum PO certification is a plus
- Strong English; Italian highly preferred
