This role serves as a key link between our brand, retail partners, distributors, consumers, and field sales teams. As a Brand Ambassador, you will drive brand awareness, strengthen market presence, deliver impactful product training, and support commercial initiatives that enhance the customer experience and increase sell-through.
You will bring the brand to life through retailer engagement, in-store activations, product demonstrations, trade events, and educational programs that build confidence in our products and deepen partnerships across the region. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a passion for premium consumer products, relationship building, training, and delivering memorable brand experiences.
Brand
Awareness & Market Development Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Nuna and Tavo brands throughout Europe. Increase brand visibility through retail visits, consumer events, trade shows, product launches, and marketing activations. Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and authentic manner at all times.
Product
Training &
Education Deliver engaging product training programs for retail sales associates, distributors, and partner organizations. Educate retail teams on product features, benefits, safety standards, competitive advantages, and selling techniques. Conduct in-store product demonstrations and hands-on learning sessions. Develop expertise across all product categories and remain current on new product launches and updates. Support onboarding and ongoing education for new retail partners and distributors.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and product knowledge throughout all customer touchpoints. Partner closely with the regional sales team to support account growth and commercial objectives. Conduct regular store visits to assess product presentation, merchandising, and training opportunities. Assist retailers in maximizing sales through effective product positioning and consumer engagement. Support new account openings, showroom displays, merchandising initiatives, and promotional events. Provide feedback to sales leadership regarding account performance, training needs, and market conditions. Participate in sales meetings, territory planning, and customer events as needed.
Consumer Experience
Serve as a product expert for consumers and retail partners. Demonstrate products and educate customers on features, functionality, and lifestyle benefits. Support customer inquiries and product-related questions during events and retail activations. Foster positive customer interactions that build trust, loyalty, and advocacy for the brand. Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and follow-up activities. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to retailers, distributors, and consumers. Support launch initiatives for new products and strategic brand campaigns. Experience, Skills &
Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales,
or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in brand ambassador, field marketing, training, retail management, sales support, or customer-facing commercial roles.
Experience working with premium consumer products, juvenile products, retail, or specialty distribution channels preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and training facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and communicate product value effectively.
Experience working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel schedules. Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
Fluent
Italian is required; additional European languages highly desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools preferred. Comfortable learning new technology platforms and training applications.
Experience with virtual training tools and presentation platforms is a plus.
Product Expertise Customer Focus Commercial Acumen
Product training completion and effectiveness Approximately 50-75% travel, including overnight travel. Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally within the region.
