Overview In this role you drive PayPal’s growth by winning new medium and large enterprise merchants in Italy, positioning PayPal as their preferred payments platform. You’ll shape our Italian enterprise presence by tailoring solutions to complex business needs and partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll influence product direction through merchant feedback and build long-term partnerships. This is a strategic, revenue-focused role in a dynamic, global payments company with a strong mission to enable commerce. Identify opportunities in the Italian market and deliver tailored presentations and proposals Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching,
closing Negotiate complex commercial terms to create value for PayPal and merchants Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to a high-performing culture Provide analytical insights to support business decisions and monitor account health and performance
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of related experience selling complex solutions to large enterprises on the Italian market (with a proven quota track record) Fluent in Italian and English Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations Experience in payments, fintech, technology, or financial services; solid understanding of payments landscape and e-commerce Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities Cross-functional collaboration Strong communication Analytical thinking Negotiation Stakeholder influence Salesforce.com
