Credit Controller (m/f/d*) We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to be based in Milan on a full-time basis, reporting into the Credit Control Manager. The Credit Controller will support the effective management of premium receivables, working closely with brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Ensure premium payments are received within agreed credit terms, maximising collections and supporting the achievement of credit control targets.



* Process and administer credit control transactions accurately and in line with relevant procedures. * Produce, analyse and investigate aged debtor reports and credit balances. * Chase, resolve, negotiate and reconcile aged credit accounts directly with brokers, ensuring funds due to clients are forwarded without delay. * Work closely with underwriters to resolve accounting queries and errors quickly, escalating issues when appropriate. * Monitor payments received and maintain accurate records and data across relevant systems. * Respond to customer enquiries, take ownership of allocated correspondence and keep relevant KPIs up to date. * Document processes effectively, manage tasks within agreed timelines and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, while providing cover across the team when required.
