We are seeking an experienced Program Management Office Partner to drive project execution, governance, and performance across a mature, global HR Shared Services role is central to ensuring operational excellence, global consistency, and strategic alignment across HR Operations and towards other functions we partner with. This role will be a critical member of the Global HR Operations function and will partner directly with the Delivery Leads as well as the Global Process Owners and Global Delivery Experts in the Function. This role also foresees a close collaboration with the HR Program Office within COE Capabilities and Solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise HR portfolio governance, project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
