This role is a vital component of our partner's Customer Support Services team, offering the perfect opportunity for an Arabic-speaking professional to advance their career in a vibrant, international environment. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support within the Customer Support Services industry. * Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.



* Maintain detailed client records and documentation to track interaction history and improve service efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring service challenges. * Act as a linguistic bridge, ensuring seamless communication for our Arabic-speaking clientele. * Adhere to established service-level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. * Proactively suggest improvements to internal customer support processes to enhance the overall user experience. * Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required for this Arabic-speaking job. * Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our diverse, international team in Sofia. * Previous experience in the Customer Support Services sector is highly preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence. * Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia. * A customer-centric mindse
