As an Area Manager in Amazon's CF network, you will lead a site area to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations that meet customer demand. You'll manage shifts, mentor new managers, and drive projects that boost productivity and service quality. You'll collaborate with senior colleagues to standardise practices and implement process improvements at scale. This role offers impact through safety leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Analyse and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity
- Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase service quality




- Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement actions
- Collaborate with management to standardise shift practices

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor
- Relevant experience in people management
- Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal xkiyazw evidence to influence business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
- Leadership and people management
- Strong communication with stakeholders
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
- Experience in logistics environments
- MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
