Overview As FP&A; Analyst at Moneyfarm, you shape financial planning and reporting to support rapid growth. You'll partner with cross‐functional teams to deliver insights that drive profitability and scalable processes. You will own month‐end reporting, build complex models, and steer the forecast cycle to inform decision‐making. maintain and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning and decision‐making Support monthly closing with sharp analysis for the management reporting package Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams with data‐driven insights Proactively identify and lead initiatives to automate tasks and scale the Finance function Support capital planning and monitor regulatory capital position with Finance and Risk teams Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Economics ~2–5 years of FP&A; or Finance Controlling experience ~ Strong financial and analytical modelling skills ~ Excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret large data sets ~ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) ~ Confidence presenting complex analyses to senior management ~ Advanced Microsoft Excel ~ Financial modelling ~ Data analysis of large datasets
