Job Overview We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Italian-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services sector.
Analyze complex user inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the company CRM to streamline future support resolutions.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing our client's values while solving technical or service-related challenges.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize support processes and improve service quality standards.
Achieve individual and team-based KPIs to qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing environment is highly valued.
Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of a collaborative team.
