Advertising is a discipline of its own and here you own it. You build the campaign structure for the brands we manage, you decide where the budget goes, you work on bids and keywords every week and you answer for the ROAS and TACoS targets agreed with the client. The Account Manager owns the relationship, the Specialist runs the day to day on the catalogue: what happens in the campaigns is yours.
What you will do
Campaign structure : a full-funnel setup across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, separating brand defence, new customer acquisition and the products with the most potential.
Budgets and bids : allocating budget across brands and campaigns, bidding strategies, weekly work on keywords, targets and negatives.
ROAS and TACoS : you own the targets agreed with each brand and you can explain why a number moved, before the client asks.
Analysis : Search Query Performance, placements and keywords, to see where the budget pays off and where it eats margin.
Launches and peaks : the advertising plan for product launches and events, from Prime Day to Black Friday, with budgets and expectations set beforehand, not during.
Reporting : you bring the campaign numbers into business reviews,
together with the Account Manager.
Who we are looking for An active VAT number. We are looking for a professional to build a stable collaboration with.
At least 4 years running Amazon Advertising hands on, with real budgets under your responsibility.
Command of Sponsored Products, Brands and Display on Seller and Vendor Central: structure, targeting, bids, negatives.
Comfortable with the numbers: ROAS, TACoS and margin. From the export to the decision, with the reasoning.
Fluent English. The team is international and we work in English every day.
Method: you document what you change, so a campaign stays readable for whoever did not build it.
It helps if
You have worked with Amazon DSP.
You have run advertising across several European marketplaces, with different languages and click costs.
You use third party bidding tools, or you have built your own automations.
You have worked in thin margin categories, where every point of TACoS counts.
