Credit Controller (m/f/d*)
We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to be based in Milan on a full-time basis, reporting into the Credit Control Manager.
The Credit Controller will support the effective management of premium receivables, working closely with brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Ensure premium payments are received within agreed credit terms, maximising collections and supporting the achievement of credit control targets.




Process and administer credit control transactions accurately and in line with relevant procedures.
Produce, analyse and investigate aged debtor reports and credit balances.
Chase, resolve, negotiate and reconcile aged credit accounts directly with brokers, ensuring funds due to clients are forwarded without delay.
Work closely with underwriters to resolve accounting queries and errors quickly, escalating issues when appropriate.
Monitor payments received and maintain accurate records and data across relevant systems.
Respond to customer enquiries, take ownership of allocated correspondence and keep relevant KPIs up to date.
Document processes effectively, manage tasks within agreed timelines and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, while providing cover across the team when required.
