Offer Description
This project aims to elucidate how heart failure alters systemic and tissue-specific diurnal metabolism. Using TAC/sham mouse models, early, intermediate and advanced disease stages will be analysed by metabolic cages, glucose, pyruvate and insulin tolerance tests, plasma biochemistry and in vivo 13C-glucose tracing.
Master's degree in Medicine and Surgery, Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical technologies or related fields obtained by the start of the appointment; Adequate scientific and professional background to carry out the research activity described in this call.
