Job OverviewSynergie Italia Spa, Divisione Marche Search is recruiting a Sales Project Manager. The role focuses on coordinating and developing strategic commercial projects to increase sell-out, optimize distribution and accelerate brand growth in international markets.
ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement commercial projects for the development of English and European markets.
Support the sales network in selecting target customers.
Analyze point-of-sale performance. Monitor commercial KPIs and propose corrective actions.
Develop positioning strategies.
QualificationsAnalytical ability regarding sell-out, turnover and profitability.
Strong coordination skills across internal and external teams. At least three years of sales or business‐development experience, preferably in fashion or footwear.
Excellent English language skills. Will readiness to travel.
Location & RemunerationLocation: Fermo (FM). Salary: €35,000‐45,000 per annum. Contract: direct recruitment, potentially permanent. Collective agreement: Calzature‐Industria.
