Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Solutions Services, the Solutions Engineer III is the technical sales partner for our European sales team. You will lead discovery, design solutions and deliver compelling demonstrations that turn customer challenges into technical wins – helping leading consumer brands reduce supply chain risk and helping us grow in the UK, Italy and across Europe. You will join a high-performing, global Solutions Engineering team that shares knowledge openly, offers a clearly defined growth path and gives you the tools and training to succeed. This position is fully remote and will be located in the United Kingdom or Italy .
In this role, a typical day will look like: Leading discovery sessions with SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers to understand their current state, pain points and requirements.
Designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations (several each week), both remotely and on-site at customer
