Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to create and expand Retano's customer base in Italy.
The primary focus of the role is cold acquisition: identifying target retailers and relevant decision-makers, initiating first contact, qualifying leads, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Research the Italian retail market and create target customer lists focused on medium and large retailers
Identify relevant decision-makers and contacts at different organizational levels within target accounts
Initiate cold outreach to prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels
Run structured follow-up activities to generate interest and secure initial meetings
Qualify and evaluate leads based on customer interest, business potential, and development prospects
Conduct initial discovery to understand customer needs and identify potential fit with Retano's IT products and related services
