Santina 820 Washington Street New York, NY 10014, USA Major Food Group, the team that brought you Carbone, is hiring a Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at THE GRILL MFG is hiring an experienced Pastry Sous Chef with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism. Responsibilities: * Create and prepare all pastry items as required by the business * Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen * Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times * Oversee a team of junior pastry cooks and other staff members as necessary * Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients * Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace Requirements:
