Ready to change the world of law? The role You will be one of the senior engineers in a squad of four to five, with a product manager and a designer. You will make the technical decisions for what the squad ships, own those decisions in production, and help the engineers around you get better. Impact is defined by vision and execution, not by age or title. You will work across the whole stack. We expect you to be deep on one side and fluent enough on the other to ship a feature alone when needed. What You’ll Bring * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least one system you owned end to end. Years alone are not the requirement; the evidence is. * You have shipped and operated systems that real users depended on, and you can tell us what broke, what it cost and what you changed. * You use AI coding tools every day (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) and you can say precisely where they were wrong and how you caught it. * You review other people’
