Overview In this role you will support the Finance & General Administration function with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring accurate financial management and regulatory compliance while coordinating with local stakeholders and Head Office. You will tackle accounting, budgeting, and regulatory reporting tasks that influence financial planning and control. Responsabilità Oversee accounting and bookkeeping in compliance with J GAAP, IFRS local requirements and US GAAP reporting Prepare and manage financial and regulatory reporting to Head Office, Central Bank and other authorities Support financial planning and managerial reporting, including expense budgeting, forecasting and cost control Manage tax-related activities, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, stamp duties and expatriates' tax matters,



ensuring deadlines and legislation compliance Reconcile reciprocal current accounts with Head Office and banking counterparts Support general administration activities, including facilities management, procurement, accounts payable and supplier contract management Contribute to the continuous monitoring and update of internal procedures in line with regulatory and legislative changes Requisiti fondamentali ~8–10 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within banking or regulated financial institutions ~ Proven background in accounting, budgeting, expense forecasting and regulatory reporting ~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial and regulatory reporting ~ Solid expertise in tax compliance and corporate taxation ~ Experience in budget control and financial analysis ~ Good written and spoken English ~ GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP reporting ~ tax compliance and corporate taxation ~ budgeting, forecasting and cost control ~ financial and regulatory reporting ~ regulatory updates and compliance monitoring
