Responsibilities * Leads CEE markets advocacy activities to ensure brand's appropriate adoption. * Leads CEE markets scientific messaging dissemination developing a compelling communication for each brand in line with the company's strategy of the brand. * Works closely with the Head of Medical Europe and the General Manager to establish a medical footprint for Stemline in the CEE markets.



* Is part of the CEE Leadership team and contributes to the development of CEE strategies and tactics. * Establishes, develops and manages collaborative relationships with key medical experts and opinion leaders of the CEE markets related to any current and future disease areas relevant for Stemline. * Gives strategic guidance to the local MSL team, drives and is hands-on, in the structured tactical execution of all local medical activities, in close collaboration with Medical Affairs Europe. * Leads, coordinates and pro-actively contributes to all pre-launch activities. * Locally facilitates any patient access programs to address high unmet medical needs. * Provides medical expertise in all regulatory and reimbursement approval processes within CEE markets. * Partners with Stemline Clinical Development and Clinical Operations to identify and work with local opinion leaders, investigators a
