Our Graduate Development Program is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work. The program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment. The program is designed to grow well-rounded, full-stack professionals. Your work will include: * Contributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery * Designing, developing, and testing software solutions across different technology stacks * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products * Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions What We're Looking For * Master's degree in a STEM discipline - obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record * Programming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Typescript, Python * Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+) * Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hol
