Join Accor's Corporate Office in Milan as an Office Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
This opportunity is dedicated to candidates registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette).
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our office operations,



helping create a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized workplace for our teams and visitors.
From coordinating facilities and external partners to supporting administrative processes, workplace safety, and employee initiatives, you'll play an important role in ensuring our office runs smoothly every day.
What will you do?
- Coordinate daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficient working environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, couriers, and other workplace services.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, supporting workplace improvements, office moves, and operational projects.
- Support administrative and procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoice monitoring, and budget tracking.
