Are you a customer-focused Sales Engineer with the technical expertise and commercial mindset to influence customer designs and drive sustainable business growth?
As a Sales Engineer , you will develop and manage customer relationships across Italy while identifying new opportunities among existing and prospective customers. This field-based role requires extensive customer engagement, enabling you to understand application requirements, recommend Molex solutions, and secure design-in opportunities.
You will leverage technical expertise, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills to create long-term value for customers while contributing to profitable business growth. The role supports customers across strategic markets including Industrial, Automotive & Transportation, Home Appliance, Aerospace & Defence, Datacom, and other emerging applications.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits with customers, prospective customers, distributors, and partners across Italy.
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while driving revenue, pipeline development, and opportunity conversion.
- Develop trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, design, and commercial stakeholders.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Understand customer applications and technical requirements, recommending appropriate Molex solutions to secure design-in opportunities.
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, converting design wins into production revenue.
