About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Sales Sr. Specialist to support the growth of our Electronics & Connection Systems (ECS) business. In this role,
you will combine technical expertise and customer engagement to develop new business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to leading automotive customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical interface between Yazaki and assigned customers.
- Build strong relationships with OEM and Tier supplier engineering teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and support product promotion and design-in activities.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering and Product Lines.
- Lead the technical scope of RFQs and support customer negotiations.
- Follow projects from opportunity identification through product launch.
- Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and emerging technologies to anticipate future opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in: Automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2), Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Produc
